12 Sep [Infographic] How to Make a Killer Mule
Want to know how to make a Moscow mule? Here’s our recipe for a high-quality mule: 1.5 ounces of premium vodka, 0.5 ounces fresh lime juice (or just squeeze a lime and drop it right in!), and 4 ounces real ginger beer, with ice to top.
You can also experiment in your Moscow mule with garnishes and different liquor bases. Try mint, lime (or other citrus), cucumber, spices, and berries. Toss in a different liquor (or combine liquors). One of our favorites: gin, blueberries, and lemon.
Whatever you do, make sure you combine everything in a copper mug. Moscow mules and copper mugs are a match made in heaven. Copper takes on the ice-cold quality of the drink extremely quickly and keeps the drink chilled for longer than glass or plastic. Toss your mug in the freezer or refrigerator ahead of time for an extra bit of chill.
And as always, if you don’t want to take the time or buy the ingredients for a Moscow mule, you can pick up the Vitani mule at your local store (drinkvitani.com/find-vitani). Like all our drinks, the Vitani mule uses premium ingredients and comes in 200ml and 750ml sizes, so you can drink on your own or share with friends. And at 12% ABV, this premium premixed mule has quite a kick!
